Cialis(Tadalafil) is a PDE5 inhibitor indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Tadalafil(Adcirca ) is a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in adults. It is used to improve exercise ability and delay clinical worsening.

Warnings:

  • Alcohol interaction warning: More alcohol consumption may increase the chances of side effects while taking tadalafil. Blood vessels can get dilated while consuming both alcohol and Tadalafil.
  • For people with vision problems: Tadalafil not studied in people with this condition and its use isn’t recommended. Inform your doctor if you’ve ever had severe vision loss, including a condition called NAION (non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy).
  • For people dialysis: Your body may not be able to get rid of tadalafil correctly. This will raise the risk of side effects as the drug stays in your body longer.
